    • Substrates traveling and rotation systems of various complexity: flat carrousels, planetary systems.


    Operating principle: evaporation of material from a refractory boat heated by 100..500 A current passage. Maximum volume of loaded material: 2 cm3. Purpose: magnetic and non-magnetic materials evaporation for vacuum deposition by resistive heating.  
    Substrates traveling and rotation systems of various complexity: flat carrousels, planetary systems.
    Purpose: High and low temperature heating systems (up to 450°) with substrate temperature control and stabilization. For flat carrousels and cylindrical drums.
    Thermal evaporators intend for vacuum deposition by resistance heating. Now these ones equiped with power unit and transformer in the kit. Transformer for thermal evaporator is designed to convert AC voltage and galvanic isolation. Compact water-cooled high-current transformer placed on the vacuum input device and set to the power supply unit.
