    Measuring Equipment

    For measuring both high and low vacuum in automated systems where high reliability and noise immunity are needed we offer our Pirani and inverted magnetrone vacuum gauges. Each of them provides digital output via an RS-485 interface through Modbus RTU protocol.


    Purpose: conversion of absolute pressure in the range 1 to 1·10-7 Pa into electric digital signal jointly with a PMM-32-1 cold cathode inverted magnetron gauge head. RS-485 digital interface, ModBUS RTU protocol.    
    Purpose: conversion of absolute pressure in the range 0.1 to 105 Pa into a digital electric signal jointly with a PMT-6-3(3M) thermoresistive gauge head. Resistance converter in a constant filament temperature mode. RS-485 digital interface, ModBUS RTU protocol.    
    Purpose: conversion of signal received from a DT-670 or similar semiconductor temperature sensor. It can be used with imported cryogenic pumps. RS-485 digital interface, ModBUS RTU protocol.
    Providing data collecting from digital vacuum gauges, on screen display of measured values, and programmable interlocks. Full compatibility of connection sizes and interlocking connectors. RS-485 digital interface, ModBUS RTU protocol. Optional connection of digital gas flow controllers (RRG-12) with flow stabilization function depending on the process chamber pressure.
